Blake Ratcliff – Managing Partner

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, a founding member of two China based technology companies, a former Marine Officer, a member of the investor team or management team of 8 startups, and the organizer and successful investor manager of multifamily opportunities, Blake brings a unique mix of management and technical skills to the investment analysis challenge in today’s multifamily market.

Mr. Ratcliff brings a unique understanding of the Internet, market, and online market analysis to multifamily due diligence tasks.  Additionally, his deep experience founding and building successful management teams provides unique insight reviewing the operational challenges of specific markets and facilities.
