Need for Rental Housing Investment Community

I’d think small investors would find the lack of a focused source of networking, education, tools, regulatory support, legal support, and many  other items that are obstacles to small investors in this space.

The large multifamily investors are well represented by a strong set of associations, councils, and so on.  However, small investors are not represented.  Frankly, while frustrating for investors this probably costs the market lost economic value and customers lost customer service quality and product quality.
